The brief
Six players, one ball, short matches. The game had to feel fair and responsive for every player in the match, and get people into a match quickly.
What I built
- Matchmaking. Players queue and are placed into 3v3 matches.
- Ball play. Passing, shooting, and tackling that respond immediately and stay consistent for everyone in the match.
- Skills. Special moves that help a team turn a match around.
- Spectator mode. Players waiting for the next match can follow the current one.
